This website, hereafter referred to as “the Site”, is owned by the Lebanon County Historical Society Incorporated, hereafter referred to as “We,” “Our,” and “Us” in this Terms of Use Agreement, hereafter referred to as the “Agreement”. The terms “You” and “Your” refer to the user of the Site. The term “Content” includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, and layout. By using or accessing the Site, You agree to comply with and be legally bound by this Agreement.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use any automated or manual process or device to monitor or copy the Site or its Content without Our prior written consent, except where allowed by law. Any attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site, to gain unauthorized access to the Site, or to compromise security of the Site may be a criminal offense and/or result in Us pursuing a claim for damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Us, and Our officers, employees, trustees, sponsors, partners, representatives, agents, members, and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, damage, claim, and expense, including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees, relating to Your violation of this Agreement or Your use of the Site or its Content.

Severability and Modification

You agree that if any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such part will be severed from the remainder of this Agreement, and all other parts of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect. This Agreement is the entire and exclusive agreement between Us and You and supersedes all prior agreements. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time and post the modifications on the Site without specific notice to You.
